ELECTRIC BAY 2024 Announcement Competition Prize Draw – Specific Rules

  1. The ELECTRIC BAY 2024 Announcement Competition promotion (‘Prize Draw’) is organised by Louder Events (‘Promoter’).
  2. IMPORTANT: This Prize Draw is subject to these Specific Rules AND the Terms and Conditions which are subject to the terms and conditions of the Venue / Event / Festival. Entry into the Prize Draw constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the full Terms and Conditions.
  3. The Prize Draw is only open to residents of UK aged 18 and over except for employees (and their families) of Louder Events Ltd, the suppliers of the prizes and any other companies associated with the competitions. Proof of identity and age will be required.

The Prize Draw closes at 5pm on Monday  5th February Entries received after that date and time will not be considered.

Winner selection and Prize details

  1. One winner will receive ELECTRIC BAY 2024 Announcement COMPETITION(‘Prize’) this includes:

You and any 3 friends VIP entry to ELECTRIC BAY 2024  (Sat 13th and 14th July).  No tickets will be directly issued. Your name plus 3 will be placed on the guest list. (We do not need the other name). Terms & Conditions of the venue apply.

  1. Prize is non transferable in name and the lead person has to attend with their 3 chosen guests at the same time.
  2. Any other costs and expenses which are not specifically included in the prize description (including domestic travel to and from the event, meals, incidental expenses, gratuities, etc) are excluded and will be the sole responsibility of the Prize Winner.
  3. The Prize must be claimed before 1st March 2024 for the ELECTRIC BAY 2024 Announcement Competition (check with enquiries@louderuk.com).
  4. The Prize Winner and their Travel Companions are responsible for obtaining and maintaining their own travel insurance, travel documents.
  5. The Prize Winner and chosen guests must be over 18 years of age and both must hold a valid photo ID to gain entry to the event.

Entry Terms  & Conditions

  1. Use of a false name or address will result in disqualification.
  2. All entries must be made directly by the person entering the competition.
  3. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.
  4. No responsibility can be accepted for entries lost, delayed or corrupted, or due to computer error in transit.
  5. The prizes are as stated, are not transferable to another individual and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
  6. The promoters reserve the right to amend or alter the terms of competitions and reject entries from entrants not entering into the spirit of the competition.
  7. In the event of a prize being unavailable, the promoter reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
  8. Unless stated otherwise the winner(s) will be drawn at random from all correct entries received by the closing date.
  9. Where applicable, the decision of the judges is final based on the criteria set out in the promotion and no correspondence will be entered into over this decision. Competitions may be modified or withdrawn at any time.
  10. In the event of a discrepancy between these standard terms and conditions and the details in the promotional material (or any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry), the details of the promotional material (and any other terms and conditions provided/referred to at the time of entry) shall prevail.

Winner confirmation and notification

  1. The draw will take place within 2 days of the closing date. The Prize Winner will be notified by email on or around 5th February and given details of how to claim the Prize. If the Prize Winner does not respond to the notification within 14 days after the original notification email is sent by the Promoter or Promotion Partner to the email address provided at the time of entry, the Prize Winner will forfeit his/her right to the Prize and the Promoter shall be entitled to select another winner by another random draw. That subsequent Prize Winner will have to respond to the notification email within 7 days of the date on which that email is sent or they will also forfeit the prize.
  2. Failure to respond and/or provide an address for delivery, or failure to meet the eligibility requirements may result in forfeiture of the prize.

Personal data and publicity

  1. The Promoter, Promotion Partner and prize provider may publish and publicize your name, image, social media handle and/or profile picture, and your entry, and we may refer to your and your guest’s or travel companion’s association with the Promotion and/or the prize, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, for publicity and PR purposes.
