Competition Terms & Conditions

1. General & Eligibility

1. The Louder ‘COMPETITION’ promotion (‘Prize Draw’) is organised by Louder Entertainment Ltd (‘Promoter’) via the specific brand.
2. IMPORTANT: This Prize Draw is subject to these Specific Rules AND the Terms and Conditions which are subject to the terms and conditions of the Venue / Event / Festival. Entry into the Prize Draw constitutes acceptance of these Specific Rules and the full Terms and Conditions.
3. The Prize Draw is only open to residents of the UK aged 18 and over, except for employees (and their immediate families) of Louder Entertainment Ltd, the suppliers of the prizes, and any other companies associated with the competitions. Proof of identity and age will be required.

2. How to Enter

To enter the Prize Draw:

1. Follow the instructions as stated in the social media post.
2. The Prize Draw closes at the time stated on the social media post. Entries received after this date and time will not be considered.

3. Winner Selection and Prize Details

1. One winner will receive the Louder Competition Prize (‘Prize’), which includes:
   • Tickets: General Admission or VIP passes (as stated in the social media post) will be issued as e-tickets via our chosen ticketing platform. Terms & Conditions of the venue apply.
   • Bar Tokens: If these are part of the competition. These will be issued at the festival box office upon collection of entry. Tokens cannot be exchanged for cash and can only be redeemed at official bars. Tokens may only be used on house drinks.
   • Artist Meet & Greets: These are arranged via artist management in advance of the competition and although every effort will be made by Louder to facilitate this on the day, final say will be by artist management and cannot be guaranteed.
   • Side of stage experiences: You will be escorted to the specific area of the stage you and prize winners are allowed and you must stay in the designated spot. No intoxication will be allowed. Failure to follow these rules and other rules discussed by the stage manager on the day may result in removal from the event.
2. The Prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. The lead winner must attend with their nominated guests and arrive all together.
3. Exclusions: The Prize does NOT include flights, airport transfers, local travel (to/from UK airports), meals, room service, travel insurance, or any other personal expenses. All such costs remain the sole responsibility of the winner and their guests.
4. The Prize must be formally claimed and confirmed 7 days after the closing date (contact: enquiries@louderuk.com).
5. The winner and their guests are strictly responsible for obtaining and maintaining their own valid travel insurance, travel documentation (including valid passports and any required visas or entry authorisations), and health requirements/inoculations.

4. Liability, Expenses & Damages Policy

1. Incidental & Additional Expenses: Any and all additional expenses incurred during the visit are the sole financial responsibility of the winner and their guests.
2. Indemnity: Louder Entertainment Ltd accepts no liability for any damage, loss, or expenses caused or incurred by the winner or their guests at the venue. The winner agrees to fully indemnify and hold harmless Louder Entertainment Ltd from and against any claims, losses, costs, liabilities, or expenses (including legal fees) charged by the venue management arising out of the visit.

5. Standard Entry Terms & Conditions

1. Use of a false name, address, or details will result in disqualification.
2. All entries must be made directly by the individual entering the competition.
3. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro, bot, or other automated devices will be void.
4. No responsibility is accepted for entries lost, delayed, or corrupted due to technical, network, or computer errors in transit.
5. Prizes are strictly as stated, non-transferable, non-refundable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or any alternative.
6. Louder Entertainment Ltd reserves the right to amend or alter the terms of the competition and reject any entries from entrants not acting in accordance with the spirit of the promotion.
7. In the event of a prize (or any element of it) becoming unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances, Louder Entertainment Ltd reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
8. Unless stated otherwise, the winner will be drawn at random from all valid entries received by the closing date.
9. The decision of Louder Entertainment Ltd/judges is final and binding, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome. Competitions may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time.
10. In the event of any discrepancy between these Specific Rules and general promotional material, these Specific Rules shall prevail.

6. Winner Confirmation & Notification

1. The draw will take place within two (2) days of the closing date. The winner will be notified by email (or social direct message) on or around this time and provided details on how to claim the Prize.
2. If the winner fails to respond to the notification within 7 days of the initial notification, they will forfeit the Prize, and Louder Entertainment Ltd reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner drawn at random. Any reserve winner must respond within 7 days of notification or they will likewise forfeit the Prize.
3. Failure to respond within the designated timeframe, provide required booking/identity details, or meet the eligibility requirements will result in forfeiture of the Prize.

7. Personal Data & Publicity

1. Louder Entertainment Ltd, promotion partners, and prize providers may publish and publicise your name, social media handle, likeness, image, and entry in any and all media worldwide, in perpetuity, for PR and promotional purposes without additional compensation.
